UPDATE: I have updated these policies to modify the folder location for FSLogix to %OSNAME%_%username% to address potential file name collision on multi-user sessions using differencing disks.
GPOs are the easiest way to configure Virtual Desktop and Application environments. The centralized nature means that you can modify thousands of machines from a common control point.
Since most of the GPO updates are the same across environments, I have created the included templates to get you started.
In order to get the full configuration, make sure that you have installed all of the Group Policy Definitions into your environment. I have included this Zip file that has copies of all the ADMX files needed to administer this. These are not maintained, so expect to update these fairly frequently.
